Terms of service
Last updated 14 October 2026
1. Who we are
Belgrave Line ("Belgrave Line", "we") is run by Mouhammed Tellai, a sole trader based in Surrey, UK. Contact: 07541 137781 or [email protected]. These terms apply when your business ("you") subscribes to Belgrave Line. The service is for businesses, not consumers.
2. What you get
An AI phone assistant that answers calls your phone forwards to it, in your business's name, takes the caller's details and sends you a text summary. Every plan includes setup and review of your calls in the first month. Solo includes about 50 answered calls a month, Pro about 120 and Team about 250 (Team covers up to 3 numbers or engineers). Putting urgent calls through to a number you choose is on the way for Pro and Team. Spam, sales calls and wrong numbers do not count. Features marked "Soon" on our website (such as the call dashboard) are on the way. They will be included in your plan at no extra cost when they launch, and we do not promise launch dates. We aim to have your line ready within 48 hours of receiving your setup details (24 hours on Pro, the same working day on Team).
3. Price and payment
Solo £59, Pro £99 or Team £199 a month, or ten times the monthly price if you pay yearly. Payment is by card through Stripe, on the same date each month or year. There is no setup fee and no contract. The founding price stays the same for as long as your subscription continues without a break. You can change plan at any time by text; the new price applies from your next payment. If you regularly go over your plan's calls, we will talk to you before anything changes; we will never add charges without your agreement.
4. Money-back promise and cancelling
If you are not happy in your first 30 days, tell us by text or email and we will refund your first payment in full, whether you paid monthly or yearly. After that you can cancel any time by text or email; your subscription stops at the end of the month or year you have paid for, and we do not refund part-periods.
5. Your part
- Give us accurate details about your business, services, areas and hours, and tell us when they change.
- Set up and keep call forwarding on your phone. The service only answers calls that reach it.
- Read and act on the summaries we send. You decide which callers to call back and what to promise them.
- Use the service lawfully and only for genuine customer calls to your business.
6. How the assistant behaves
The assistant tells callers it is an AI assistant and that calls may be recorded. It takes details and answers only the questions you approve. It does not quote prices, book appointments or promise arrival times unless you agree those features with us in writing. For a gas smell it tells callers to contact the National Gas Emergency line.
7. Limits of the service
AI speech recognition and phone networks are not perfect. Calls can occasionally be missed, cut off or summarised incorrectly, and the service depends on third-party providers (including our telephony and voice providers) being available. The service is not an emergency service and must not be relied on for safety-critical situations.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or jobs, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the total fees you paid us in that period.
9. Data
For callers' personal data, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf, only to pass enquiries to you. Our data processing agreement applies automatically when you sign up and forms part of these terms. Our privacy notice explains how we handle your own details.
10. Changes and ending the service
We may update these terms; we will give you at least 30 days' notice by text or email of any change that affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect. We may suspend or end the service if you do not pay or if the service is used unlawfully, after telling you first where we reasonably can.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
